RecommendedA great experience! Austin was great, he was very transparent on the 2011 X5 35d. He showed us the paperwork the mechanics did on it when inspected. Austin pointed out all the interior damage and wear from previous owner. Negotiations were smooth as was financing. Service department is great, I have used them for years with my other cars.

RecommendedThe service Dept at BMW in D’Iberville is the best I have ever seen in my 45 years of driving. Bought my first BMW at 2015 640I convertible in Dec 2017 with 13k miles on it! I bought the auto butler and the extended warranty and any time I take it in both Kim and Brandon at the service desk are 100% on top of their game! Just a great business all the way around! I plan to purchase another BMW when it is time to trade this one in!!!!
