"Excellent customer service! " Today my mother and I leased a BMW X1 and we had a wonderful exeprience with Rodney. He was very helpful and thorough with the entire process. Rodney offered us snacks and water constantly to make sure we were comfortable. He provided excellent service from the test drive until I drove out of the dealer.
