"Always a Pleasure" We just leased our fourth BMW from Les Cutler at Pines BMW. Always a pleasure to work with Les. He gives us great service,makes the car buying or leasing experience a pleasure. We would highly recommend him and Pines BMW to anyone. Love my new X5!!!

"Best car purchase" I just got my new 328i with a manual tranny. Had to be ordered for color, tranny, and interior I wanted. The car came in with the wrong color leather. Dealership covered the extra costs to me, reordered me another car (which came in perfect), and provided a free Hertz rental in the meantime. Their attitude was excellent about getting it right, and they did with no hassles to me. Never tried to "sell" me on the one with the incorrect leather color. "My New BMW M4" Les Cutler was my sales representative at the Pembroke Pines BMW dealership. The whole experience was great, from my first test drive, ordering the car, tracking the construction and the transportation from Germany to the dealership. "Easy and painless" I just leased a 535 from Sal and after leasing my previous BMW from another local dealer I can tell you that I have received not only the best price but also the best service. Sal doesn't play the back and forth game with the manager he gives you a fair price from the beginning and works fast to have the car ready for delivery asap. I can honestly tell you that I will keep buying my BMW's from Sal from now on.

"Les Cutler at BMW of Pembroke Pines" This is my second car with Les Cutler, who again made the transaction as seamless and stress free as possible. As I was approaching the end of my lease, Les called me with about 3 months of payments left. ""Best BMW Dealership in Broward County"" Les Cutler, "AKA" Garth Brooks at Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines What else can I say about a person that is one of the most courteous, attentive and decent people I have ever met. I can not say a bad word about Les Cutler, he has shown me nothing less then professionalism. Personally, if I could not do business with Les Cutler, I don't think I would want to do business at all.
