"I came in early from 7:30am spoke with Advisor Jose Alamo..." I came in early from 7:30am spoke with Advisor Jose Alamo and ran diagnostic on my vehicle. Advised me of how long approximately it would take and offered me an alternate vehicle to get around do errands while my car was being repaired, but i declined as i had the day free. I was there all day til 8hrs 5:30pm and Jose and everyone checked on me made sure i was comfortable had snacks coffee and refreshments. Always above and beyond customer service.
