There was a problem with my car after I drove off & upon my going back to the BMW service area, they took the time to discover what happened!
Chelsey was great , however when time to do paperwork with finance it was wrong and when I questioned it was told it was fine. It was not. It did not show my deposit which in turned showed a much la larger amount to be financed with my own credit union. Had to return to the dealership to have it corrected. Thankfully i caught it before my drive back home.
