Sofia was my sales rep and she was very knowledgable of the BMW lineup. Clayton, the sales manager, was personable and put together a great deal that was acceptable to all parties. Our initial finance rep was dishonest and attempted to have me finance $8,000 worth of add-ons that I never agreed to. Once these items were recognized by me and taken off the agreement, the finance rep told me he would now have to charge me a higher interest rate since I wouldn’t buy the add-ons.
