Ms. Cat was beyond patient and understanding. I talked with someone there before who I couldn’t get ahold of. She reached out and noticed I was looking to upgrade to sent me options. I made the time and we drove up to Missouri. Where she had the vehicles pulled up and ready. I couldn’t decide which vehicle to get and she provided her opinion in a trusting professional way. Even reached out to us after to make sure we got home safe and didn’t have any other questions. A sweet girl and I will be back :)

We worked with Cat who got us in my new X5 M60. We came in a couple weeks before and the vehicle we test drove and wanted sold before we could make it back in town. We lost hope but she called and had one incoming and took our deposit. Got.a video when it arrived and made it possible for us to get the vehicle the same day!

We purchased multiple vehicles this year and this dealership was great. We came in early and it took awhile to get with the Finance guy but Catherine updated us often showed us the car and made sure we were taken care of even when she was working with other people. We will be back!
