This started with a very simple call made to Bob to get information on the process. Once we heard the savings on our monthly mortgage payment it was a no-brainer for my wife and me to go forth and get the ball rolling. The VIP team made the transaction seem extremely easy and willing to answer any questions we had and made sure we knew the status throughout the entire process.
