The wash they have doesn't really clean, especially the back of the vehicle. Even with the person spraying, the back needs more scrub attention. And this is not hard on dirt, just dirty road spray. The wash does not clean that off. Never has.
A location is convienient to my home, the process is somewhat clumsy as every time I want to get a wash, I need to go into the station and get a code, then get back into my car, then drive over to the wash. It certainly would be nice just to have the codes already and just go straight to the wash, that's would save two time consuming steps one of which requires me to drive to a separate location, turn-off and get out of the car, etc, etc.
Always friendly service staff and I am always confident that when I get a car wash it will be done well.
I go to the one at Eden Prairie, car wash is good but the person who handle the car wash kind of hard to meet to talk for any issues. Most of the time he gone for the day or he is not there for certain day. I stop by after work he was gone most of the time.

Car wash quality is good, but the people manning the wash bay are not all great. Some do a much better job with the pressure washer and the bug remover than others.
not as good of a wash than in the past. back of truck not cleaned person rinsing truck only cleaned one side - didn't get front or other side (front needed it the most)
