If you're looking for Frisch's keep looking. Very disappointing. Great staff and service but the food is mediocre at best. I wish I was wrong about this because the staff is so nice but it is what it is. I recommend avoiding the Cole slaw entirely.
The buffet was fine but half of the food was overcooked or just burnt. Most was standard diner food which wasn't bad. They just didn't have many people working so it was hard to get help when needed. When staff were nearby, they were super helpful. It is mostly the same as Frisch's before with some changes on the interior. TLDR: Don't overcook the buffet food and check on tables a little more often.
just tried Dollys for the first time. got it home and discovered it was all burnt. the onion rings, the fish and the chicken. hamburger was just ok. missing frischs! one good note: the gentleman working the drive thru was very pleasant. the building itself needs major renovations.
The service was good. I order a Swiss Miss with fries, The sandwich was okay, but someone in the kitchen put so much salt on the fries that I could not eat them. There is no excuse for that to happen.
