Received the seat we requested in the bar area. We actually enjoyed the evening a lot with a few minor problems. We were so looking forward to the truffle fries as one of our appetizers and they came cold but were replaced quickly by the manager for hot ones. The Kipos salad was very good. The Notorious PIG flatbread toppings were very tasty but the crust was very tough or not cooked. Not sure. The spinach and goat cheese salad was good but the addition of shrimp was a mistake. Second time in a week eating here- food is outstanding, wait staff is always great. It gets pretty loud but the manager was kind enough to turn the speaker near us down. We will be back!
Excellent service- superior menu selections - well prepared, conceived and plated. Only two issues that stuck out - restaurant had a shortage of forks and a uncommonly long delay on serving coffee - but these two things were fully swamped by the high value on service, meal quality and ambience. Will definitely return
We came for my husbands birthday and the service was a little slower, it was not overly crowded but I think it maybe due to short staffing. Drinks were food. Food was ok, fried green tomatoes was in a dry end and the spice chicken 60 was very dry. It needed a more decadent base the farro being chilled didn’t help the dish. The steak my husband said was good. We have come here before and had a better experience but this time around it was ok.
Cute little place… stopped in to have a bite to eat for lunch with my boyfriend. We both really enjoyed this restaurant.
We have been here several times and noticed the food just wasn’t the same as usual. The fried green tomatoes were cold and mushy not like they are normally cooked. Maybe it was an off night. Also seemed like they were short handed. Our poor waitress was handling too many tables at once that it took a while to get drink refills, etc.
Sat upstairs and it was quite nice - downstairs may be a bit noisy for some - service was fantastic as was the food and prices reasonable - great find and looking forward to going back.
New manager is a big plus-staff was very attentive this visit!!
Food was excellent… Server seemed extremely rushed as we were deciding on an appetizer it seem to get irritated said he would come back other than this server everything was excellent
