I came in as a rec from a friend in really bad shape, skeptical that some needles would help but Tabitha fixed me right up. She spent a good 10-15 mins going over what brought me to her door and I felt better immediately after the needles came out. I kept feeling better over the next several days and the herbs she prescribed me enhanced the wellness process. Tabitha and Body Mechanics is legit. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have been doing acupuncture for years and Body Mechanics is by far the BEST! Staff is understanding and helpful. They truly care! You're not just a "number" there. They have helped me with so many issues! I feel amazing when I leave. You are in good hands there! And the atmosphere is so peaceful! SO GLAD I FOUND YOU!

Since I live in the hood, for years I had to go down below 57th st in Manhattan for acupuncture care. Well things have changed... Park Ave has moved to Amsterdam Ave. and the bedside manner is outstanding. I highly recommend Tabitha Silver as a doctor! Not to mention her efficient receptionist who makes the insurance process seamless!

I have bursitis of the left knee and after going through Physical Therapy for months and months with hardly any results, I decided to go in another direction.
