Some people at the firm were hard to reach
They are awesome. Helped me so much. Assisted me in putting my life back together by getting my medical bills paid.
I was pleased with what they accomplished and with the way they handle pretty much everything that had to do with my case.
The information the firm provided was good however it took several days for someone to get back to me and time was of the essence.
They do the work for you, you don't feel frustrated in having to do the leg work. You give them the information and they get what is needed to everyone involved.
Bogin Munns & Munns in Daytona Beach was excellent in their responsiveness and communication. My husband can be impatient when it comes to waiting, and would call several times a week for progress reports. They were very patient and understanding, always returning calls in a timely manner.
My husband and I faced a professional reputation case. If the case would have gone against us we could have lost our livelihood. The attorney handled everything very professionally and even though it took almost a year to obtain an outcome, he kept us informed and treated us with respect even if at times our questions seemed uneducated.

This firm has been the least informative, least inclusive law firm I have ever had the displeasure to know. Virtually zero information regarding the progress of our case without constant inquiries by me and even then I am lucky to get a return call. They have provided the absolute minimal amount of information during a year of pursuing a case. They just forget you and make you wait and wait...
