Wow. Just had meeting with Attorney Katherine regarding wills for myself and wife. Katherine gave us an honest briefing of options with the outcome that we had no need for further action. There was no sales pitch. This has put our minds at rest and all as part of the free first meeting. This is definitely our go to law firm in future.

I just called BMMs because of the great things I’ve heard! Mistake!!! I called the Orlando location and the gentleman the answered the phone kept saying hello and I could barely hear him. He kept doing something and I could finally hear him. I gave my information a little and he transferred me to idk? Anyway, she was very rude! I could not get a word in... she told me I was wrong! She said they decline and hung up on me!!! She never told me if she was an attorney or an intake rep?

I don't normally do this but felt compelled to give a 5 star rating, I sent an email to the company asking questions and was told I needed to make an appointment to go in and see a Katherine A. Barski, when we arrived we (my wife and I) were greeted by Katherine and shown into the conference room, she had obviously done her homework from my email and answered all my questions in a very professional way, when it can time to leave I asked how much I owed her and she said... are you ready for this... They actually suck. They don't follow up on what they're doing. Very unlikely to get what you need on your case do not use them.
