Draw and staff seem more knowledgeable and up to date with procedures. The doctor useed newer technology than I've seen in previous offices. The doctor was able to show me hi-res images of my teeth so I could understand better. Previous doctors would just tell you and expect you to believe them. I'm a show me, let me understand kinda guy. The office is clean and modern. The staff was friendly and honest with billing estimates. I'll recommend Bold Smiles to my friends and neighbors.

Our whole family loves everything about Dr. Bold's office. Very professional, on time treatments, the crowns fit perfectly fine, and they do them right there in the office in a very short time. Yesterday they even gave me a professional teeth cleaning kit to use at home for free. The same product they use at their office! The teeth cleaning experience there is great. i called a day earlier to let the team know i was under significant scheduling constraints at work. The message was passed to Marlena and let me know she understood. Sally even knew as she greeted me when I cam in. Marlena took great care of me as she always does. Dr Bold also knew my time constraints. Marlena did a thorough job as always and go me out in plenty of time for my next meeting. Thanks to the combined team. Clearly the communication is excellent among the whole team.

What a GREAT Experience! This STAFF really works Together from the minute you enter until you leave. This was the best dental experience I have had in my 71 young years on this planet. Everyone was professional, positive, relaxed and made me feel so comfortable.
