The food was satisfactory, but not excellent. The Blueberry Pancakes one member of our party ordered seemed to include cornmeal as well as a traditional flour-type batter. It's not that what was delivered wasn't good, but the cakes that arrived were not traditional pancakes and had a slightly more savory quality to them and they probably would have ordered the French Toast had they known. Great lunch experience on a Saturday. Friendly, prompt service, a varied menu offering breakfast, brunch, and lunch options as well as a complete drink menu. The space is inviting and tasteful and guests of all ages were served. Great location in the theatre district, perfect for pre- and post- show gatherings. Bond 45 came highly recommended and now I know why. Hope to try dinner here as well.

My husband and I have been there 4 times within the last 2 months and haven't been disappointed. Excellent food and service!
The heat was not working on one of the coldest days of the year, it was freezing , the bathroom even worse. Coffee was cold immediately. Service was not very good, table not cleared and waiter was no where to be found. No staff came around to apologize for lack of heat. Overall not a great experience

Fun lively place great for pre theatre … enjoyed our meal enough
Sat us quickly. Mozz stick wasn’t hot just warm. My meal of ravioli was tasty but also luke warm. We had to go to a show so didn’t have time to send back. Overall good but food was not hot enough. Which is weird because crowded. Assuming it sat before delivered to table.
