Great hospitality. Our show ran late and we got lost so the door was locked when we arrived. Had to explain what happened and they not only allowed us to sit at the bar, the manager comped us some of their vegetable apps and a lemon cheesecake. Enjoyed it so much we came back the next night after a show and got the full experience. The mushrooms, spinach and eggplant parmesan apps were amazing. Chocolate mousse enough for at least 4 people.

The food was delicious but our waiter was very impatient and annoyed with us. My cousins were in town from Europe and we hadn't seen each other in years. A few of us took a while to decide what we wanted. I told the water we weren't in a rush because we weren't seeing a show. There were plenty of open tables and we were spending a lot of money. I wasn't sure what the hurry was, but he wasn't pleasant... The burrata is always amazing, we also had some of the pizzas, the vegetable plates, the salmon, the lasagna, and the artic... read more

Just one little complaint - we ordered three dishes and all were brought out at the same time. No room for them on the table. Food was delicious, though, and service very good

All these years, having grown up in NYC and spending half my adult life here, I had never made it in to Bond 45. I had friends coming in from the UK and Greece with whom I was going to see Plaza Suite with and thought, this is the occasion to finally end my B45 virginity and take the plunge. Result: Super friendly yet understated and great service, the drinks were lovely espresso martinis and the food was so delish. We loved the entire experience and it started off the wonderful evening in the nest possible ways. Our Plaza S... read more

I love this place and used to go to the original one. This was my first visit since Covid. They no longer serve the bread basket and when I asked for bread, they said they didn't have any except for the garlic or gorgonzola ones. Finally a manager brought me over a couple of rolls. You need the bread to go with the Burratta salads! The food was good, not great, but I'll be back again. Maybe it was just too crowded for them to handle the food as well as they used to.

Our chicken parm had bones in it and the soup was cold. Other than that it was just ok.

Food and ambience were wonderful, but our server was somewhat of a disaster. He was good at bringing us water, but after that it was all downhill. Eventually, my friend and I and a group at another table were forced to complain to the maitre d', who was very good about getting us out of the restaurant in time to make it to our various matinee performances. The maitre d' even offered the opportunity to come back later for dessert at no cost, or to have it wrapped to take with us. He was very calm and professional. The server,... read more
