randomly chose this place walking the streets of new york and loved it with my boyfriend. i thought it was fancy but could go any casual day
A good “find” in the Theater district. Reservations a must. We sat downstairs where there was more space between tables and noise levels were better. Meatball appetizer was delicious as were the truffle ravioli. Topped off with a spicy margarita! Yummy

The “meatball” lasagna was the best I’ve ever had. Delicate layers of fresh pasta cooked and served in a piping hot small cast iron pan. Meatball in the middle. Delicious sauce and cheese. Enough for 2-3 people to split with a salad. Speaking of salad, we very much enjoyed the Marilena salad - arugula, truffle pecorino cheese, grapes, walnuts. The dressing was spot on - not sweet (as I feared). Absolutely perfect flavor combination. The garlic bread was a bit too generous with what I hope was olive oil, but it was delicious.... read more
We were slightly disappointed with our meal. First, it came so quick. The sauce on top of the ravioli was hot, but the ravioli was not......impression was ravioli were waiting, not freshly cooked, and the sauce made it warm. My linguine was a little too al dente. Eggplant parmigiana was excellent. Garlic bread was over baked and disappointing. Our waiter was wonderful and attentive. Our meal was 45 minutes max, no opportunity to talk, just get in, get a drink, order and eat.
Loved our meal, the service and the entire experience
1st. Trip to NYC, everything from the mozzarella log/stick appetizer to the Bond 45 and Jalapeño Margaritas to the house fettuccine with shrimp was outstanding. Went back again today for another round of Bond 45’s. Best experience you could ever imagine.
