Birthday and our waiter surprised me with a cake on the house
I went here for the music and had an enjoyable dinner with the show. I was not upstairs in the main restaurant, which looked lively and fun. I had a good time and would recommend this place. The waiter and manager were very professional and nice and the band was great.
The octopus appetizer was amazing! The food was delish. Service was great and so were the drinks.
Pre-matinee lunch. Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Ambiance could have been better. Tables were a little too close for comfort.
I love Bond 45 for post-theater drinks at the bar. Went there for dinner on a weekday. It was a bit busy. The pizza could have been crispier but the spaghetti & meatballs were amazing.
Great spot pre-theater! Prompt service, wide ranging menu. Reservations a must or they will stick you in the basement.
Beautiful restaurant with a great menu. We ate there at 5:30 with many other (but not exclusively) pre-Broadway show goers. Menu was eclectic and impressive. Waiter was nice but we never saw him again after taking our order. We flagged down someone else to get our check. That was also handled poorly. We enjoyed our food but it was a hassle. Would not go back
This is a very compact, yet, lively restaurant. There is little breathing room, lots of moving parts, and because of this we were overlooked at times but I can admit that service recovery was impeccable. The protein in my pasta dish had the taste and texture of canned chicken "breast" but the pasta and complimentary sauce were delicious. My sister had shrimp and said it was nice. The noise-level was the one thing that was really negative. I think, when you specify a quiet table, you should then be warned that there are NO "quiet tables". :-) They did honor the birthday part of the request and gave us a table by the window on 46th St. The waiter was hare to evaluate. At first, he was in a hurry to move it along. And he offered drinks (Moscato and Bellini) which turned out not to be available. But he learned fast as we spaced our orders and ordered plenty.
