I’ve been going to this restaurant for many years I haven’t been in New York for a while I went back and everything was just as good as always happy to report
I highly recommend the orecchiette with truffle oil and cauliflower. It is seriously delicious. The veal Milanese was okay - a little dry and somewhat bland. The fried calamari was also just okay. Some of the calamari was very tough. Also, the “Bond cup” cocktail was quite yummy. The restaurant was very loud, but still had a good vibe. Can’t beat the location in the theater district!
Early dinner. Food was very good. Wait staff was not too attentive. Average experience.

The main reason to go to Bond 45 is the Monday and Tuesday night performances by Vince Giordano and the Nighthawks, downstairs. Great, authentic, 20s, 30s, and 40s jazz and swing. The food is good, too.
