Bond 45, a New York Italian Kitchen & Bar was originally located on 45th street in the former historic Bond Clothing Store (1948-1977), is now open in its new home on 46th street. Bond 45 is best known for its vegetable antipasto bar which offers a rotating selection of market vegetables and features an expansive menu that include specialty veal chops, seafood, house made pasta, thin crust pizza and breakfast all day.

We started with oyster on the half shell (tried both). Presentation and taste were wonderful. We ordered three dishes and all were delicious. The star standout was the sauce of the LINGUINE & WHITE CLAM SAUCE.
Good food. A good variety, but they do NOT substitute sauces or adjust based on preferences or alergies.
Bond 45 serves a mainly theater audience in the evening and they certainly know their stuff. They have always been able to serve and get you out in time for your curtain. The staff is friendly and attentive, and if you have a reservation you never have to wait to be seated. They ae also located right in the middle of the theater district so you are always close to where you are headed.

Good looking place. Food is good, not great. Wine was excellent. Service good.
Love the ambiance, food good to very good. Desserts fall flat...had the simple berry and cream, understanding that this is a simple dessert, presentation was poor, could have been sooooo much more. Cream flavored and not out of a can, berries literally just throne in a bowl, disappointing and my tea service was late after receiving the wrong tea bag, ended up NOT waiting any longer...GET please JUST regular decaf tea, not flavored or herb tea!!

My chicken piccata was very overdone It was pounded so thin that it would be difficult not to overcook it My husband's filet Mignon was very good
Server Tom was wonderful. We both had spaghetti carbonara and it was delicious. Definitely going back for more.
