Lovely staff and service. Food was pre-cooked as it was served to us five minutes after ordering. Lasagna was a bit disappointing being slices and heated in dish on each slice’s side. Meatball with lasagna dish was tiny. Chicken Milanese dish was beautiful but could have used extra balsamic glaze /dressing. Dessert was delicious.

We ordered the garlic bread and we loved it. For my entree I ordered the eggplant parm. There was very little eggplant. It was thinly sliced and covered with a thick layer of cheese. About 5:1 ratio cheese to eggplant. It was also swimming in oil. We went back for a second time. Ordered the minestrone soup which had very little vegetables but the broth was good. Overall, it was a decent experience but for the price and being in a hotel, I would expect a better food experience
