I have filled out there online forms more than once, and have never received a call back. This is just extremely unprofessional, and has made me reconsider using them even though their practice is about a mile from my home.

Borrego Medical Clinic/Borrego Health have hurt myself and my family tremendously. They claim that I was abusive at the clinic in 2021, and that the staff felt unsafe around me. That is ridiculous! My daughter is 32 has cerebral palsy, and needs help to walk. She was with me every time I went there.  Dr. Laura Goetz, Cindy and Christine Bielawa have refused to be honest.  Kathy, the VP of Risk Management   was contacted. I went to the Borrego clinic because my previous Dr. was now too far away, once i moved to Borrego. I have had nothing but problems with Borrego clinic not listening to concerns, not completing paperwork for me, in general not helping me out at all. They acted too busy for such trivial matters. it took 8 months, and several phone calls for them to get to the paperwork I needed.
