He immediately diagnosed the and was able to fix it in a short time. He worked carefully and neatly. Our furnace room was cleaner when he left than it was when he arrived. The last few technicians that have come to the house for cleaning and repairs have been outstanding. They take their time and do a thorough job, even when it's just a typical tune up. They ask questions and provide advice. If they notice something wrong, they repair it without question. I am happy I have their service plan.
