Have been taking 3 pets there for 2+ years. Called to get a new puppy in for exam, vaccines. Puppy was 10 weeks old, no vaccines at all. You won’t believe this…their response was an appointment 5 weeks out!!! So I am supposed to have this puppy 15 weeks old, no vaccines. Yet they preach to you how important vaccines are. I know Parvo is rampant . So, obviously they don’t care. Transferred care on all of my pets that day.
