All star choices above lighted up when I clicked on just one star, but I intended to give you the EXCELLENT rating. You may need to correct something at your end if others report the multiple lighting of stars with one selection I was treated and handled very professionally by all who attended my cleaning and checking appointment.
Dr. Bowen's office has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a medical office. From the time you enter the waiting area you fell welcome and relaxed and know you are in good hands!

The staff is very well informed, professional, courteous and helpful. The experience in Dr. Bowen's office takes the stress out of visiting the dentist. (LOL) I appreciate the fact that they are very accomodating and there is no pressure.
My experience in Dr. Bowen's practice has always been superb. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the technology is the most advanced and cutting edge (my check-up today included a new piece of equipment that detects oral cancer), and the extensive dental work completed by Dr. Bowen is now 10 yrs old and I've had no problems. That's why I give you an excellent rating. :o)
