They are always trying to work with people to squeeze in urgent care and emergency vet visits to help as many unplanned situations as possible. If you are looking for a vet clinic that models their practice around kindness, compassion, honesty, and integrity, I would highly recommend Boysen Animal Hospital.
The staff at Boysen are absolutely amazing! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave, you can tell that they truly care not only about your pets but also about you. Unfortunately, we had let our cat cross the rainbow bridge and the lady at the front desk, the Vet (I'm sorry i didn't get their names) and Olivia were so caring and compassionate. I’ve taken generations of cats to Dr, Boysen and his associates, and they’ve been wonderful! From annual vaccines to spay/neuter, and other surgeries, I’ve always appreciated how much the doctors and staff care about making the pets comfortable. They are very kind to the pets’ people, too, and always willing to explain options. When we’ve reached the point of having to euthanize an elderly, sick cat, everyone has been understanding and very kind. You guys were the best tonight for helping my baby boy. My cat is a huge baby from past trauma (before he came to live with me). But he was so content there and felt the good energy. He felt safe!! Which is SO important to us both. Definitely found our vet!! Gene Boysen and Arlene are our new best friends haha. Thank y'all SO much!! ❤️❤️❤️😺
I tell everyone how much I love bringing my dog to Boysen! The staff are always so awesome and they truly love dogs and care about your pet which makes me so happy as a pet owner. We see Gene Boysen and he is amazing and so thorough! He will take as much time as you need with your pet and never rushes you or dismisses any of your concerns!
