From the very moment Dr. Brooks walked in, he had very much a calming affect on me. I don’t do dentists well at all, and I was comfortable after he began talking to me. He explained what he would do, and gave me a couple options. He assured me that he would have me sedated during the procedure. His staff was also very accommodating, and I left not dreading my next visit. (Partly because I will be sedated 😴)
The staff always makes me feel welcomed and appreciated. They take my safety and well-being seriously. The staff is very professional, yet super friendly and compassionate.
Great service as always. Linda was fantastic along with Shelia and the other front desk staff member. Love the smiles and warm feelings you get when entering the office, during the service, and when leaving the office. GREAT JOB, everyone!!!
Really love Dr Brooks and his staff. They do their best to take care of each patient. They are not only professional and knowledgeable but also show you they really care. Great place and great people.
I was very happy with my visit. They were able to take care of an emergent infection and swelling situation. During the appointment, Dr Brooks’ staff was very helpful and quick. Dr Brooks was direct to the point and did not overwhelm me with a huge and expensive work up and future plan as many other offices will do. This was my first visit with Dr Brooks, but he will definitely be my dentist for the future.
