The closing process. While sitting with a notary public in my realtors office, I had to wait much too long for the documentation to be approved. I feel both the title company and mortgage broker were responsible for this. I provided everything timely when asked and expected the same in return. The closing should have been more professional. I also made a couple of unreturned phone calls toward the end of the process with questions important to me.

As a business owner myself, I am very sensitive to listening to clients and trying to help them meet their objectives. The only thing that your company accomplished was getting me a reasonable interest rate and completing the necessary work to close on the desired date. Everything else was maddening. Brad and Rebecca seem like very nice people, but I am accustomed to a much higher level of customer service.

It was very unorganized towards the end of the transaction, on the day before the closing, last minute requests that should have been addressed much earlier. This obviously can cause stress for both buyer and seller.

Brad was very responsive when i was first inquiring about obtaining a mortgage. Once i was approved all communication ceased. The day before my mail away closing, i was still awaiting my closing package. As the “quarterback” of my closing, I felt that there was zero follow up to ensure everything that was needed was complete.

Poor communications, needless repetitive requests for documents, poor software without any instruction on how to use.
