This should have been easy, but instead I was asked for the same information many times by different people. And it took over 3 months, even though I have a high credit score and plenty of resources.

More honesty up front. No one likes a bait and switch, especially when it's unnecessary to close the deal. I would have been satisfied with the terms I ended up with if I hadn't been promised something better initially.

My interactions with Brad were great and he was excellent at follow up and answering my questions. The responses on this survey are solely based on my interaction and communication or I should say, "lack of" with Lori. This entire experience has been difficult and "painful". Communication and follow up with Lori was poor at best. This was my primary contact and I have been less than satisfied with the process. Appropriate communication would have improved the process.
