This was a VA buyer who was also going through a divorce that took longer than expected . Communication from Brad and his processor throughout the oricess process was top notch. Then the final document needed came 4 days earlier than expected. They jumped in , got on the phone with everyone and we were closed and funded 3 hours later on New Years Eve!
