I have been doing business with Bradley Mechanical for over 20 years and I have never been disappointed. They are prompt and very professional. They respect my home as if it were their own. Monday our hot water heater gave up. I called Bradley about 7:15 am and the phone was answered by a person. She said they could get out that afternoon. Chad came to perform our annual AC.tune up. He called on his way to tell me what time he would arrive. He was very courteous and professional and did not hurry through like he was trying to get to the next appointment. Bradley installed the system 2 years ago and we have been very pleased. I hope Chad will be our regular Service Tech. I think it builds confidence and trust with a company when the same tech comes when available.

Preston did an excellent job recently installing my hot water heater. He was prompt, courteous, and accommodating. Preston is clearly a knowledgeable professional, which was apparent in the high quality of work performed. As an aside, I inquired about having an ancient, leaky hose bibb replaced, and Preston did so quickly, efficiently, and with a great attitude throughout his entire visit. I highly recommend Preston and Bradley Mechanical.
