Brad Nugent was great to work with. He made the process easy to understand and worked diligently to get the loan closed. He always kept us up to date on the progress and helped in anyway he could move the loan to close to avoid additional charges
I’m not one to normally write reviews, but felt my experience with Brad through my refinance process was smooth and exceeding expectations. Very good communication on what to expect, time line on how long the process would take. Brad was awesome! He made the process very easy, was very communicative and always updated my on the status of my refi, and closed quickly and timely. He went above and beyond on his end to fix any issues that arose as well. If you don't like headaches, use Brad for all your mortgage needs!
Brad was extremely helpful throughout the entire home buying process. As well as being knowledgeable and friendly, he was available at all times to help ease our concerns or answer any questions that we had along the way. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home, but especially to a first time home buyer, as he is eager and willing to walk you through every step, and never made us feel like we were going to be left out of the loop during the buying process.
