I had a crown put in Jan 30th. I should of know better by the temporary crown work that was done to not move forward. There is a margin on my tooth near the gum that has an exposed nerve. There is also a piece of cement stuck up between my teeth. Dr. Buzzbe oked my refund but i just found out today that he refused my insurance reversal. Ivee been trying to get this accomplished for over 3 months. Ivee reached out but haven't gotten any help. Rude staff. They don't seem to want one's business or care about the client. They only seem to want to find things wrong with you and take care your money.

I received a mailer for new patients. I scheduled an appointment one month in advance. After taking off work and arriving for the appointment, I was refused service because I declined to get x-rays. No one mentioned this being a requirement when I made the appointment. That is horrible customer service. Since when are patients not allowed to choose which diagnostic procedures they want or don't want?
