I give Dr. Hans 5 out of 5. He is an amazing doctor as well as very personable and caring. However I find the the ( CARING STAFF) laughable at best. I drive an hour and half just to see Dr. Hans and every time they’re ready to book me in until they find out my name. If I’ve done anything wrong simply tell me I will apologize and move on. I am so scared it’s because of my last name. Everyone associates me with that Horrible Man. Dr Hans please call and tell me why. You’re the best.
DR.Hans Has always felt like family. I had been going to him for years. Took a break for some time but when I needed him for help as I was in a lot of pain... they got me in right away even after all this time. The staff were extremely sweet and he was, as always, his best professional caring self. I felt so much better when leaving. Truly grateful for his service here in our town!
