After a few attempts I was able to talked with Holly on a backflow device test that is requested by the city of Columbia. I provided her the document from the city and she immediately submitted a work order to Israel. Within 20 minutes I received an email from Israel stating the company that would be doing the testing. Israel & Holly were outstanding In getting this matter resolved in a timely manner. Thanks team.
