Woke up to a very cold house today, the furnace had stopped working. Called Bree's (first time) and they were here within 1 hour. Jack found the problem and fixed it quickly. Brees Heating and Cooling are a top notch company they are professional and very knowledgeable they know their business they installed a new furnace in my home when every other company was to busy to do it even though it was 15 degrees outside and there was no heat in the house thank the lord for them.
It was a Sunday when we called to see if someone could come to service our furnace. They were here within the hour. The service man’s name was Jack. He was very pleasant and helpful in solving the furnace problem. We have a warranty on this furnace and he tried very hard to solve the problem to get us the warranty. I would highly recommend him.
Very prompt and professional, didn’t try to sell anything, tells you the facts of what you have, pros & con. Decided to replace my furnace, they came in did a very good job with intentions to details, and cleaned the work place. Didn’t know how bad my system was till they replace it.
