Tony was very helpful. I ordered a watch as a gift and when we came to pick it up we found another watch that we liked more. Tony highlighted the differences, we chose the other watch and he made the transaction seamless!

A great all around experience. Tony was extremely knowledgeable and attentive. He was very personable, patiently answering my questions, showing me multiple options and making it clear he valued the customer relationship not just the transaction. Throughout the process he quickly responded to my inquiries, even on his days off. At the end of the day, I got a fantastic watch for a great price with tip notch service. I won’t hesitate to go see Tony the next time I am in the market for a new Breitling.
