We began taking our 2 pups to Bremen almost a year ago. We have been very patient, but have had several issues. My biggest concern has been their disinterest in allowing owners to come back with the dogs for appointments, and how defensive they are when asked when things will change. They do not listen well, and are quick to use the COVID excuse for poor experience. No initial issues. What we thought was a decent vet. Recently held our pets medicine hostage insisting we needed to visit. All we needed was a refill and they accused my wife of not medicating correctly. We take our pets health very serious. I offered to prepay for a visit 3 days out to assure we'd show up. They still refused to fill the prescription. Our cat had to go an entire weekend with no meds. Handled without empathy or professionalism. We immediately switched vets. I recommend you do the same. Money=care.

When the two Dr. Becker’s were on staff, I would have given them 50 stars ... they were both thorough, and never made you feel like you were asking too many questions. They also took their time during their exam, not keeping their hand on the door of the exam room. I went to one or the other for over twenty years. Sadly, after they left, I felt the care became subpar. I should have sought other help sooner, and my dog might still be with me. Dr. Becker has been treating Boomer for Blastomycosis. He’s nearly a zero! I have been bringing my dogs here since 1974.
