It is such a relaxed, comfortable office. Everyone is so friendly, professional, patient and kind. I actually enjoy going to the dentist.
I've been going to Dr copeland for about 7 years or so now. They treat me like family. I have severe dental ptsd. To the point I've had to take medication just to get myself in the door in prior dental offices. I no longer have to do that! My dental ptsd is because of A childhood accident /dental trauma. They have been the absolute kindest most patient people with me. Dr copeland really takes Time with you and makes you feel like a 'person' and not just a mouth in the chair. Dr. Copeland and her staff are very professional and caring. They ensure you receive the best care and that your procedure is as pleasant as possible.
There is not enough space to explain how wonderful this office is. From the front staff to the hygienist to the doctor you could not find anyone that cares about you more than they do!! You will not regret making Dr Copeland you dentist.
I always enjoy visiting this office. The staff is great and always try to make you comfortable.
Dr. Copeland and her staff go the extra mile to ensure that you have an exceptional experience. Comfort is paramount. Having suffered from severe dental anxiety in the past i have found a permanent dental facility for my future. The only reason that i gave the five stars is because 500 was not an option
