Brenda was AMAZING! This was our first time purchasing a home so naturally, we had a million questions. There were even evenings at 9 p.m. where she was answering our calls, texts and emails...just going completely above and beyond. Outside of having expert advice and knowledge, she is warm, friendly and reassuring. Didn't appreciate having our closing date ruined just a few days before reaching it. Not only lost the last good day on October but also lost all the help I had scheduled for the final move . Too much headache with the final numbers having heard way too many after we were lead to believe one number during the month we've been working on this (17k?).

We started our refi the last week of August 2020. We closed on January 7th 2021. We each had 3 credit pulls during the whole process which the third one lowered both of our credit scores after being told it wouldn’t. Closing date was changed 3 times. Seemed like left hand didn’t know what right hand was doing. FRUSTRATING! Plus side... BRENDA WAS GREAT! Get it together Mutual of Omaha. Not impressed and won’t refer anyone to do business with you.
