I had a buyer that have been pre-approved with a different lender. That lender dropped the ball three weeks in and only one week from closing. Brenda and her team took on the challenge of being able to close on this property in just a two week time frame. They hit that goal and made my buyer very happy. I wish I had recomended a lender change from the start but definetly learned my lesson. Thanks again!!
