We chose Brendan for our mortgage broker this past Spring and it was the easiest and most professional experience I have ever had for a property purchase. Having had about 6 mortgages/re-fi mortgages prior to working with Brendan it was amazing to have someone who was responsive and didn't waste our time. Communication was frequent and clear and the digital/secure signing process made it so easy to do all the many steps necessary to buy a home. I can't recommend him enough.
