Brendan was great!! Brendan was professional and committed to helping us secure the best loan for us. The process became challenging towards the end of the process, meaning the calculations of the cash payoutt changed after we were lowballed on the appraisal, it made a $20,000 dollar difference in the cash we were receiving, at that point we became discouraged because the Appraiser assured us that everything looked good.
