At the closing table my attorney said he had never seen a credit report that cost $650.00. He discussed it with another attorney and a v p at another title company. They agreed with my attorney. Brent offered no solutions or credits for this charge. I was very unhappy with his handling of this issue. Other than that, the mortgage application experience was good.

Brent was very knowledgeable about mortgages, but I had to reach out to him a number of times to get updates. His office lost some of my copied documents so I had to resend them and at the end, I thought the loan was done, so I took out a credit card at Best Buy. It would have been nice if he would have informed me to wait. That was a hassle right before funding.
