My experience with Brent and his team was phenomenal! It is my first time purchasing a home. I have generic knowledge, at best, about the real estate market. We had AMAZING service from Brent, John and team! The communication was on-point and kept us constantly apprised of what was going on. Brent customized Pre-Approval letters for each of the houses we bid on and that was definitely helpful in us getting the second home we put in an offer on.
