Knowledgeable, intelligent, and caring... Dr. Acker (and his friendly staff) performed my initial consult and eventually, the colonoscopy. I found him to be very a personable doctor and a great listener (listened and answered to all my concerns and questions). I'd recommend him to anyone!

This doctor has been of no help whatsoever over the course of 2 years. he keeps throwing drugs at my husband that are offering no help whatsoever. We found a clinic that can actually help my husband and he refuses to give a referral. We are at our wits end and feel like he couldn’t care less about our dilemma, his office is impossible to get ahold of. You can never speak with a human being. Dr Acker did not come across as being knowledgeable. He came across more as apathetic.
If I could leave zero stars I would. They DO NOT check insurance before they send you to other offices, they DO NOT listen to you when you explain your symptoms. They DO NOT help you to feel as though they care. Awful office. Dr. Acker almost seemed angry that that his "diagnosis" was wrong and nothing improved. Very displeased.
