He insisted twice on coming into Ogden Clinic for routine A1C check despite many authorities at different levels telling the general public to stay at home. He then wouldn’t renew test strips or medication I am taking unless I come in. My diabetes is under control with medication and my previous A1C readings have been well under 6. He is not looking out for my best interest. I had a A1C 9 months ago, it appears to me that normal protocal is more important than patient care.

This was the worst appointment I have been to. He made me feel really uncomfortable about my condition. He keeps having his office call me asking stupid questions that I already answered during my appointment.

Very arrogant and not someone you would connect with very good. Filled out some medical paperwork incorrectly for me and Wouldn’t admit fault. I even had the state call him to tell him he did it wrong, and he wouldn’t provide me with corrected paperwork unless I came back in and PAID twice! Not very happy. Will not go back to him.

I would not recommend Brett Arbon. The worst doctor visit I've ever been to. This wasn't for me but my 14 year old son. If Arbon cannot find the problem he thinks there isn't one. I've never been told on a doctors visit when your child is sick how to raise them. But first he must tell you about his physical fitness. How he runs all the time. It was just the worst and he doesn't seem very helpful.
