I had been searching for a place to live in East Delray for months. I stumbled upon Brez at Atlantic Crossing by chance. Steps away from Atlantic Avenue, Brez is a hidden gem. With so much to do....shopping, restaurants, music and events on the avenue, this was it for me. At the time there were no available apartments, so I waited. I have lived in the BrEZ for a year and a half and love it. The location is amazing and the amenities are awesome. The office staff is always super helpful and friendly. I am so glad I chose the BrEz!

I have lived at Braz for couple of years. Was difficult the first year because of the trucks delivering food for the restaurants. However,that has been taken care of and it's an absolute delight living there Very conveniently located downtown and any issues I've had have been handled in a very professional way by Cy and Danny.Highly recommend ,beautiful amenities and great staff

The Brez is a beautiful community and love my apartment. The amenities are awesome and the staff are super helpful. I'm meeting some of my neighbors and they're really nice. Would highly recommend. The pool is awesome.

Not only is the complex beautiful and well maintained, but the staff is beyond exceptional as well! Danny Gonzales took us on our tour and he was great. The tour consisted of many options of apartments and he was very thorough in listening to our needs. We never felt rushed and no stone was left unturned. the location is unmatchable and the apartment we chose is beyond our expectations.

Beautiful new building but the maintenance is just terrible. It's very frustrating at they charge premium rent.
