This was my second-time working w/ Brian; first time was a mortgage and second time a refi. As I wrote in my previous review, the brick and mortar bank process for a loan is just so cumbersome and cold. Brian is the opposite. He makes the work easy, requests only half the documentation and can provide an easy, plain spoken explanation of why and what we need at each juncture. Brian was my first point of contact for my journey to buy a first home. Not only did he make himself available whenever I had questions, but he also put me in touch with an excellent real estate agent to begin my home search. I doubt I could've found the perfect home so quickly with any other lender.

My refinance was a very unusual situation and Brian was able to advise and guide me through the whole ordeal. I could always get a hold of him when I had a question or concern. The process was surprisingly quick, taking all of a month from application to closing. I can't thank him enough or recommend him more strongly!

As a first time home buyer I had so many questions and Brian made it easy he was there every step of the way.
